Captain Fariel Terasiv was a powerful Blue Suns mercenary and crime lord who controlled the Aramanae System, a backwater star system in the Terminus Systems, which contained a critical refueling station for vessels passing through the Olipsius Nebula Cluster. Terasiv ruled the system with an iron fist, and charged ludicrous amounts of credits for ships to enter the system safely in order to refuel.
