Rebecca Stallet was a female Alliance soldier, and the mother of Laurence Shepard. She had gained several medals in the Alliance, but was known to be racist towards other species. That caused her to be passed up for promotion several times. When her child was young, she was forced to raise him on her own. When Laurence was twenty, he decided to join the Alliance, like his mother. After her son left, Rebecca lived alone till her death in 2180 CE.
