Former Alliance Sentinel. Wired with an illegal (and highly dangerous) F1-class biotic implant, supposedly the work of rogue scientist James Fletcher, enabling him to hack into computers with his brain. Highly intelligent, but borderline sociopathic tendencies. Went off the grid in 2181 CE to escape charges after detonating a bomb in civilian quarters on Zak'kon.

I cannot claim to know James any better than anyone else. Though he was always very polite and respectful towards me, we spoke very little. Still, I believe I've learned enough about him to assess his character.
